Role And Responsibilities

Docyt is seeking a self-driven and motivated full-stack Software Engineering Team Lead who will help us get our platform to the next level. This is a hands-on role with a good amount of technical leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of delivering complex software systems and should be able to efficiently manage a small distributed software engineering team by conducting code reviews and by preparing technical design documents. By partnering with the Product team, the candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of some of our most critical projects.

Requirements

Previous experience in technical leadership Ruby and Ruby on Rails HTML/CSS/JS One of the modern Javascript frameworks – React or Angular Good understanding of API design, HTTP, endpoints, REST, JSON PostgreSQL or MySQL Linux and git

Bonus Points

Experience with microservices and distributed systems Kubernetes / Docker experience MongoDB, Elasticsearch experience
