Pricing questions
Why is there no price on this page?
Your price depends on the size and type of each property and the modules you choose. Rather than publish a number that fits nobody, we quote from your property details, usually within one business day.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every module includes unlimited users. Price follows the size of your properties, not the size of your team.
Do I have to buy all three modules?
No. Start with one module and add others later. Each new module works on data the others have already reconciled.
What is an Outcome plan?
An Outcome plan adds customized AI agents and a Docyt specialist who reviews their work, so you receive the finished result: a closed month, and bills verified and ready to pay.
Are there fees for integrations or training?
No. All PMS, POS, payroll and bank integrations, onboarding and training are included. Payments carry transaction-based fees for checks and ACH, disclosed on your order form.
Is there a contract?
Plans are annual. Docyt never charges exit penalties, and your data is exportable at any time.
