Pricing: frequently asked questions
How is Docyt priced for hotels?
Per property per month, with unlimited users. The Accounting Suite starts at $299 per property per month. The Payments Suite and Business Intelligence Suite can be added individually or together as the Enterprise Suite. Portfolio pricing scales down with property count.
Are there per-user, integration or training fees?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users, all PMS, POS, payroll and bank integrations, and onboarding and training for your team.
What does onboarding cost?
Standard onboarding is included. Historical data migration and catch-up accounting are priced separately per month migrated or caught up, and quoted up front.
Is there a contract?
Hotel and enterprise plans are annual with monthly billing. Docyt never charges exit penalties, and your data is exportable at any time.
What about payment fees?
Vendor payments carry transaction-based fees for checks and ACH, disclosed on your order form. Corporate Cards have no monthly fee.
Does Docyt offer outcome-based pricing?
Docyt offers an outcome-based service: reconciled accounts, audit-ready books and filed 1099s delivered by Docyt's accounting team. Pricing remains per property. Ask us about paid pilots credited against your first year.
How fast can we go live?
Within 24 hours of receiving your exports. The Migration Agent maps your chart of accounts, validates every general ledger file and imports the whole portfolio overnight; you review and sign off the next morning. Migration is included for portfolio plans.
